Whoever violates section1327.501or1327.54or division (A), (B), (C), (D), or (E) of section1327.61of the Revised Code or a rule adopted under sections1327.46to1327.61of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree on a first offense; on each subsequent offense within seven years after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
