Irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law, the director of agriculture may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary or permanent injunction or other appropriate relief restraining any person from continued violation of sections1327.46to1327.61of the Revised Code and of regulations promulgated thereunder.
