The superintendent of financial institutions may adopt, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, rules that are necessary for the enforcement of sections1321.62to1321.702of the Revised Code and that are consistent with those sections. Each rule shall contain a reference to the section, division, or paragraph of the Revised Code to which it applies. The superintendent shall send by regular mail to each licensee a copy of each rule that is adopted pursuant to this section. Last updated November 5, 2021 at 4:52 PM
