Sections1313.21to1313.31, inclusive, of the Revised Code relating to the wife of the assignor as a party to the proceedings thereunder and her rights by virtue thereof, and also relating to ordering property sold at private sale, and upon terms of credit, apply to proceedings under sections1313.33and1313.34of the Revised Code.
