Text

Sections1311.34to1311.36, inclusive, of the Revised Code apply to and include any laborer who indirectly performs labor for a general employer, or the results of whose labor is immediately enjoyed by a general employer, when such general employer assumes payment of his wages by passing a credit therefor upon his books of account or otherwise. All proceedings under this section shall be the same as provided by such sections.
