Text
A subcontractor, material supplier, laborer, or person who serves the affidavit pursuant to section1311.26of the Revised Code, in order to notify other subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers, within thirty days thereafter, shall file for record a copy of the affidavit with the county recorder of the county where the public improvement is situated or with the county recorder of each of the counties where the public improvement is situated if the public improvement is situated in more than one county.
