Applicability [UCC 7-703]

Sections1307.101to1307.603of the Revised Code apply to a  document of title that is issued or a bailment that arises on or  after the effective date of this section. Sections1307.101to1307.603of the Revised Code do not apply to a  document of title that is issued or a bailment that arises before  the effective date of this section even if the document of title  or bailment would be subject to those sections if the document of  title had been issued or bailment had arisen after the effective  date of this section. These sections do not apply to a right of  action that has accrued before the effective date of this section.

Applicability [UCC 7-703]
