Adequate compliance with commercial contract [UCC 7-509] Whether a document of title is adequate to fulfill the obligations of a contract for sale, a contract for lease, or the conditions of a letter of credit is determined by sections1302.01to1302.98,1305.01to1305.16, and1310.01to1310.78of the Revised Code.
