§ 99. Reports of state insurance fund.

1.The commissioners shall make\nseparate reports to the superintendent of financial services concerning\nthe state insurance fund at the same time and in the same manner as is\nrequired from mutual employer's liability and workers' compensation\ncorporations by section three hundred seven of the insurance law, and\nthe superintendent of financial services may examine into the condition\nof such state insurance fund at any time, either personally or by any\nduly authorized examiner appointed by him for the purpose of determining\nthe condition of the investments and the adequacy of the reserves of\nsuch fund and such other matters as shall be in the jurisdiction of the\nsuperintendent of financial services.\n 2.
