§ 56. Non-duplication of benefits. If benefits are required to be paid\nunder this chapter in the event of injury to or death of a volunteer\nfirefighter, the volunteer firefighter or other persons entitled to such\nbenefits shall not receive workers' compensation under the provisions of\nthe workers' compensation law in relation to such injury or death.\n
