§ 6. Cooperation and facilities of other departments. To effectuate\nthe purposes of this article, the governor may direct any department,\ndivision, board, bureau, commission or agency of the state, or of any\npolitical subdivision thereof, to cooperate with and assist and advise\nthe department in the performance of its duties and functions, and to\nprovide such facilities, including personnel, materials and other\nassistance and data as will enable the department or any of its agencies\nto properly carry out its activities and effectuate its purposes under\nthis article.\n
