§ 58. Application of provisions of workers' compensation law. All the\npowers and duties conferred or imposed upon the chairman of the workers'\ncompensation board and the workers' compensation board by the workers'\ncompensation law which are necessary for the administration of this\nchapter and not inconsistent with this chapter are, to that extent, made\napplicable to this chapter, even though such provisions of the workers'\ncompensation law are not expressly made applicable to this chapter by\nthe provisions of this chapter or the workers' compensation law.\n
