§ 56. Non-duplication of benefits. If benefits are required to be paid\nunder this chapter in the event of injury to or death of a volunteer\nambulance worker, the volunteer ambulance worker or other persons\nentitled to such benefits shall not receive workers' compensation under\nthe provisions of the workers' compensation law in relation to such\ninjury or death.\n
