§ 55 — Penalty for false representation
§ 55. Penalty for false representation. If, for the purpose of\nobtaining any benefit or payment under the provisions of this chapter,\nor for the purpose of influencing any determination regarding any\nbenefit or payment under the provisions of this chapter, either for\nhimself or for any other person, any person wilfully makes a false\nstatement or representation, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
