§ 1698. Audit procedures; confidentiality of records.

1.For the\npurpose of verifying that a TNC is in compliance with the licensing\nrequirements of the department, the department shall reserve the right\nto audit a sample of records that the TNC is required to maintain, upon\nrequest by the department that shall be fulfilled in no fewer than ten\nbusiness days by the TNC. The sample shall be chosen randomly by the\ndepartment in a manner agreeable to both parties. The audit shall take\nplace at a mutually agreed location in New York state. Any record\nfurnished to the department may exclude information that would tend to\nidentify specific drivers or passengers.\n 2.
