§ 1697. Maintenance of records. A TNC shall maintain the following\nrecords:\n 1. individual trip records for at least six years from the date each\ntrip was provided; and\n 2. individual records of TNC drivers at least until the six year\nanniversary of the date on which a TNC driver's relationship with the\nTNC has ended.\n
