§ 801 — Provisional remedies; procedure

§ 801. Provisional remedies; procedure.\n  Practice and procedure for the requisition to seize a chattel, when\nrequisition is allowed by § 209 of this act, shall be governed, insofar\nas consistent with this act, by the CPLR, subject to the following:\n  (a) The chattel may be seized only within the county.\n  (b) When a return is required, the return shall be made to the clerk\nof this court.\n
