§ 37. Assistance; application and evaluation, generally.

(1)The\ncorporation shall develop guidelines for application for assistance\nthrough each of its programs which are consistent with the rules\npublished pursuant to section 9-c of this act and pursuant to the state\nadministrative procedure act. Guidelines shall provide clear guidance to\npotential applicants as to criteria for program eligibility, and shall\nspecify criteria used by the corporation in evaluating applications.\n (2) The corporation shall prepare forms, application procedures and\nevaluation processes which are consistent with the rules and guidelines\npromulgated by the corporation and which are developed with the goal of\nmaking them easily understandable to applicants.\n (3) The corporation shall make availabl
