Seals Inoperative.\n The affixing of a seal to a writing evidencing a lease contract or an\noffer to enter into a lease contract does not render the writing a\nsealed instrument and the law with respect to sealed instruments does\nnot apply to the lease contract or offer.\n * NB Effective until June 3, 2026\n* Section 2-A-203.
