* Section 2-A-107. Waiver or Renunciation of Claim or Right After\n Default.\n Any claim or right arising out of an alleged default or breach of\nwarranty may be discharged in whole or in part without consideration by\na written waiver or renunciation signed and delivered by the aggrieved\nparty.\n * NB Effective until June 3, 2026\n* Section 2-A-107. Waiver or Renunciation of Claim or Right After\n Default.\n Any claim or right arising out of an alleged default or breach of\nwarranty may be discharged in whole or in part without consideration by\na waiver or renunciation in a signed record delivered by the aggrieved\nparty.\n * NB Effective June 3, 2026\n
