Section 2-A-105. Territorial Application of Article to Goods Covered by\n Certificate of Title.\n Subject to the provisions of Sections 2-A-304(3) and 2-A-305(3), with\nrespect to goods covered by a certificate of title issued under a\nstatute of this state or of another jurisdiction, compliance and the\neffect of compliance or noncompliance with a certificate of title\nstatute are governed by the law (including the conflict of laws rules)\nof the jurisdiction issuing the certificate until the earlier of (a)\nsurrender of the certificate, or (b) four months after the goods are\nremoved from that jurisdiction and thereafter until a new certificate of\ntitle is issued by another jurisdiction.\n
