§ 77. Meetings of town boards on alteration of boundaries. Whenever a\nmeeting of the town boards of two or more towns shall be required, in\norder to carry into effect the provisions of this article, such meeting\nmay be called by either of the supervisors of such towns, by giving at\nleast three days' written notice to all the other members of such town\nboards of the time and place of such meeting.\n
