§ 14. Preference for actions or proceedings against the corporation.\nAny action or proceeding to which the corporation or the people of the\nstate may be parties, in which any question arises as to the validity of\nthis act, shall be preferred over all other civil causes of action or\ncases, except election causes of action or cases, in all courts of the\nstate and shall be heard and determined in preference to all other civil\nbusiness pending therein, except election causes, irrespective of\nposition on the calendar. The same preference shall be granted upon\napplication of the corporation or its counsel in any action or\nproceeding questioning the validity of this act in which the corporation\nmay be allowed to intervene.
