§ 92. Registration. It is unlawful for any motor carrier or any other\nperson subject to the registration requirements of the Unified Carrier\nRegistration System established by section 13908 of title 49 of the\nUnited States Code to use any of the public highways of this state for\nthe transportation of passengers or property in interstate commerce or\nforeign commerce unless such motor carrier or person has registered with\nthe United States Department of Transportation under such Unified\nCarrier Registration System in accordance with the provision of the\nfederal "Unified Carrier Registration Act of 2005", as amended or\nsupplemented, and the regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety\nAdministration adopted thereunder and such regulations promulgated by\nthe commissioner regard
