§ 88. Certified copies of papers filed to be evidence. Copies of all\nofficial documents and orders filed or deposited according to law in the\ndepartment, or office of the commissioner, certified by the commissioner\nor by an authorized officer or employee of the department to be true\ncopies of the originals, under the official seal of the department,\nshall be evidence in like manner as the originals.\n
