§ 82. Certain acts prohibited. Any employee or agent of the\ncommissioner who divulges any confidential fact or information which may\ncome to his knowledge during the course of any inspection or examination\nof the property, accounts, records or memoranda of any person,\ncorporation or municipality subject to the jurisdiction of the\ncommissioner, except insofar as he may be directed by the commissioner,\nor by a court or judge, or authorized by law, shall be guilty of a\nmisdemeanor.\n
