§ 69. Reproduction of records. The Utica transit authority may cause\nany paper, document or other record kept or recorded by it to be\nrecorded, copied or reproduced by any photographic, photostatic,\nmicrofilm, microcard, miniature photographic or other process which\naccurately reproduces or forms a durable medium for so reproducing the\noriginal. Such reproduction, when satisfactorily identified, shall be\ndeemed to be an original for all purposes and is as admissible in\nevidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative\nproceeding, and an enlargement or facsimile of such reproduction is\nlikewise admissible in evidence if the original reproduction is in\nexistence and available for inspection under direction of the court.\n
