§ 47 — Merger or consolidation of waterworks corporations
§ 47. Merger or consolidation of waterworks corporations. Any two or\nmore domestic waterworks corporations may merge or consolidate with each\nother, in accordance with the procedure and with the effect set forth in\narticle nine of the business corporation law.\n
