* § 1202-jj. Hotel or motel taxes in the village of South Blooming\nGrove.

(1)Notwithstanding any other provisions of law to the contrary,\nthe village of South Blooming Grove, in the county of Orange, is hereby\nauthorized and empowered to adopt and amend local laws imposing in such\nvillage a tax, in addition to any other tax authorized and imposed\npursuant to this article such as the legislature has or would have the\npower and authority to impose upon persons occupying hotel or motel\nrooms in such village. For the purposes of this section, the term\n"hotel" or "motel" shall mean and include any facility consisting of\nrentable units and providing lodging on an overnight basis and shall\ninclude those facilities designated and commonly known as "bed and\nbreakfast" and "tourist" fa
