§ 36 — Acquisition by condemnation

§ 36. Acquisition by condemnation. When the United States shall have\nbeen authorized by law to acquire title to any real property within this\nstate, such title may be acquired by gift or grant from the owners\nthereof, or by condemnation if, for any reason, the United States is\nunable to agree with the owners for the purchase thereof.\n
