§ 34. Cession during use for purposes thereof, with sundry\nreservations. Title and jurisdiction of the following described tracts\nor parcels of land has been ceded to the United States by this state on\ncondition that the jurisdiction so ceded should not prevent the\nexecution on such tracts of any process, civil or criminal, issued under\nthe authority of this state, nor prevent the laws of this state, not\nimcompatible with the purposes for which such cession was made from\noperating within the bounds of such tracts, and that the jurisdiction of\nthe United States shall continue so long only as such tracts shall be\napplied to the use of providing for the defense and safety of this\nstate:\n Three separate tracts of land in the county of Oneida, the county of\nAlbany and the county
