§ 33. Cession with sundry reservations. Title and jurisdiction to the\nfollowing described tract or parcel of land has been ceded to the United\nStates by this state upon condition that the jurisdiction so ceded\nshould not prevent the execution on such tract or parcel of any process,\ncivil or criminal, issuing under the authority of this state, nor the\noperation of the public laws of this state upon such tract, so far as\nthe same might not be incompatible with the free use and enjoyment of\nthe premises by the United States, for the purpose of the erection of\nmagazines, arsenals, barracks and other needful buildings.\n Town of Greenbush.
