* § 99-tt. Veterans' services fund.

1.There is hereby established in\nthe joint custody of the commissioner of taxation and finance, the\ncommissioner of veterans' services, and the comptroller, a special fund\nto be known as the "veterans' services fund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all civil penalties imposed pursuant to\nsection three hundred forty-nine-f of the general business law, any\nadditional moneys appropriated, credited or transferred to such fund by\nthe legislature, and the amounts of moneys received and deposited into\nthe fund from grants, gifts and bequests during the preceding calendar\nyear, as certified by the comptroller.
