§ 99-T — New York state medical indemnity fund account
§ 99-t. New York state medical indemnity fund account.
1.There is\nhereby established in the custody of the commissioner of taxation and\nfinance a special account to be known as the "New York state medical\nindemnity fund account".\n 2. All moneys received by the New York state medical indemnity fund\npursuant to title four of article twenty-nine-D of the public health law\nfrom whatever source derived shall be deposited to the exclusive credit\nof such fund account. Said moneys shall be kept separate and shall not\nbe commingled with any other moneys in the custody of the commissioner\nof taxation and finance.\n 3. The moneys in said account shall be retained by the fund and shall\nbe released by the commissioner of taxation and finance only upon\ncertificates signed by the commissi
