§ 99-ll. New York state council on the arts cultural programs fund. 1.\nThere is hereby established in the joint custody of the state\ncomptroller and commissioner of taxation and finance a special fund to\nbe known as the "New York state council on the arts cultural program\nfund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received by the state,\npursuant to the provisions of section twenty-four-c of the tax law and\nall other moneys appropriated thereto from any other fund or source\npursuant to law. Nothing contained in this section shall prevent the\nstate from receiving grants, gifts or bequests for the purposes of the\nfund as defined in this section and depositing them into the fund\naccording to law.\n 3.
