* § 99-l. Assisted living residence quality oversight fund.

1.There\nis hereby established in the joint custody of the comptroller and the\ncommissioner of health a special fund to be known as the "assisted\nliving residence quality oversight fund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all moneys collected by the department\nof health pursuant to article forty-six-B of the public health law. Any\ninterest earned by the investment of moneys in such fund shall be added\nto such fund, become a part of such fund, and be used for the purpose of\nsuch fund.\n 3. Moneys of such fund shall be available to the department of health\nfor the purpose of carrying out the provisions of article forty-six-B of\nthe public health law.
