§ 99-j. Child performer's protection fund.

1.There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance a special revenue fund known as the\n"child performer's protection fund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of the revenues received pursuant to\narticle four-A of the labor law, part seven of article seven of the\nestates, powers and trusts law, and all other monies appropriated,\ncredited, or transferred thereto from any other fund or source pursuant\nto law.\n 3. Monies of the fund shall be expended by the commissioner of labor\nsolely for the purpose of administering article four-A of the labor law.\n
