§ 99-HH*3 — Endangered and threatened species mitigation bank fund

* § 99-hh. Endangered and threatened species mitigation bank fund. 1.\nThere is hereby established in the joint custody of the comptroller and\nthe commissioner of taxation and finance a special fund to be known as\nthe "Endangered and threatened species mitigation bank fund".\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received pursuant to the\nprovisions of section 11-0535-c of the environmental conservation law\nand all other moneys appropriated, credited, or transferred thereto from\nany other fund or source pursuant to law.\n 3. All moneys deposited in the endangered and threatened species\nmitigation bank fund shall be available for projects undertaken to\nfacilitate a net conservation benefit to endangered and threatened\nspecies potentially impacted by a major renewable energy
