* § 99-h. Teacher education accreditation account.

1.There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance an account of the miscellaneous\nspecial revenue fund to be known as the teacher education accreditation\naccount.\n 2. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary,\nthe state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive, on\nand after February first, two thousand one, for deposit to the credit of\nthe teacher education accreditation account, fees related to\nresponsibilities of the education department pursuant to section two\nhundred twelve-c of the education law for expenses of consultants and\neducation department staff related to conducting visits and inspections\nat instituti
