§ 79. World Trade Center memorial foundation fund.

1.There is hereby\nestablished in the sole custody of the commissioner of taxation and\nfinance a special fund to be known as the "World Trade Center memorial\nfoundation fund". Monies in the fund shall be kept separate from and not\ncommingled with other funds held in the sole custody of the commissioner\nof taxation and finance.\n 2. Such fund shall consist of all revenues received by the department\nof taxation and finance pursuant to the provisions of sections two\nhundred nine-F and six hundred thirty-a of the tax law and all other\nmoney appropriated, credited, or transferred thereto from any other fund\nor source pursuant to law.
