§ 25 — Reappropriation bills
§ 25. Reappropriation bills. Every appropriation reappropriating\nmoneys shall set forth clearly the year, chapter and part or section of\nthe act by which such appropriation was originally made, a brief summary\nof the purposes of such original appropriation, and the year, chapter\nand part or section of the last act, if any, reappropriating such\noriginal appropriation or any part thereof, and the amount of such\nreappropriation.\n If it is proposed to change in any detail the purpose for which the\noriginal appropriation was made, the bill as submitted by the governor\nshall show clearly any such change.\n
