§ 338. Cooperation of state departments. There shall be such\ncooperative agreements and arrangements between and among the\ndepartment, the state department of social services or its successor\nagency, the state department of education and other appropriate state\ndepartments as shall be necessary to assure compliance with federal and\nstate requirements or requirements of this title relating to employment\nprograms for applicants of and recipients of public assistance and to\nassure that the purposes of such program will be effectively\naccomplished. The purpose of such arrangements is to promote\ninteragency planning, coordinate service delivery and identify needed\nresources for the implementation of such employment programs.\n
