§ 73. Affidavits of publication of necessary notices to be preserved.\nIt shall be the duty of the county treasurer to procure, preserve and\nregister in his office, affidavits of the publication of all the notices\nby this title required to be published, and such affidavits shall be\npresumptive proof of such publication in all the courts of this state.\n
