§ 28 — School funds
§ 28. School funds. After the filing of the undertaking above provided\nof the receiver of taxes, the town shall be responsible for the payment\nto each school district and other district therein, of the amount\ncollected by the receiver of taxes for such school or other tax\ndistrict.\n
