§ 1760. Corporate guardianship\n No corporation may be appointed guardian of the person under the\nprovisions of this article, except that a non-profit corporation\norganized and existing under the laws of the state of New York and\nhaving the corporate power to act as guardian of a person who is\nintellectually disabled or person who is developmentally disabled may be\nappointed as the guardian of the person only of such person who is\nintellectually disabled or person who is developmentally disabled.\n
