§ 81. Violation of sections seventy-seven, seventy-seven-c,\nseventy-eight, seventy-nine, and eighty. Any railroad or other company\nhauling or permitting to be hauled on its line or lines any train in\nviolation of any of the provisions of sections seventy-seven,\nseventy-seven-c, seventy-eight, seventy-nine, and eighty shall be liable\nto a fine of one hundred dollars for each and every violation. Such fine\nshall be imposed by the commissioner of transportation and deposited in\nthe general fund of the state of New York. Imposition of any such fine\nshall be subject to judicial review under the provisions of article\nseventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.\n
