§ 489-iiii. Code violations; suspension or termination of benefits. A\nlocal law enacted pursuant to this title may provide that benefits\npursuant to this title shall be suspended or terminated if the recipient\nis found to have failed to cure violations of the applicable building,\nfire, or air pollution control codes on the property which is the\nsubject of the certificate of eligibility. Such local law shall define\nthe circumstances under which benefits may be suspended or revoked for\nsuch violations and provide procedures whereby determinations to\nsuspend, terminate or reinstate such benefits shall be made.\n
