§ 1128. Filing of affidavits.

1.All affidavits of filing,\npublication, posting, mailing or other acts required by this article\nshall be made by the person or persons performing such acts and shall be\nfiled with the application for judgment. Such affidavits shall together\nwith all other documents required by this article to be filed in the\noffice of such county clerk, constitute and become a part of the\njudgment roll in such foreclosure proceeding.\n 2. An affidavit of publication required by this article shall be made\nin the manner an affidavit of publication of notice of sale is made\npursuant to article fourteen of the real property actions and\nproceedings law.\n
