§ 96. Government of incorporated Christian Orthodox Catholic churches\nof the Eastern Confession. The six lay members of every incorporated\nChristian Orthodox Catholic church of the Eastern Confession in this\nstate, incorporated on or after April ninth, nineteen hundred\ntwenty-three, signing the certificate of incorporation, and the rector\nshall be the trustees of such church for the first year or until their\nsuccessors are selected according to the by-laws of such church or the\nrules and usages of the denomination to which such church belongs.
