§ 12 — Record of proceedings
§ 12. Record of proceedings. The secretary of the board of\ntransportation, or other officer or employee designated by it, shall\nkeep a full and true record of all its proceedings. The record of\nproceedings shall be printed as the minutes of the transactions of the\nboard.\n
